A: Yes! Teams are required to have at least 2 participants and at most 10. We will not be able to provide kits if you have multiple teams but less than 10 students total.
A: Contact us at first@levitatelearning.ca. We will work with you to get you a robot kit. We can send kits through the DRL bus, organize pickups in St. John's, and ship through Canada Post if required. As well, we work with many program specalists in NLSchools and may be able to get a kit dropped off through them.
A: Yes. If you are able to, you can order your own SPIKE robot kits. The only limit is that a robot may have 1 controller, 4 motors max, and may only use the touch, color, and distance sensors. Robots can be made out of as many non-electric LEGO parts from any official LEGO set.
A: These robot parts aren't indestructible and accidents happen. Sadly we are unable to provide replacement parts for broken motors or sensors. You can order replacements from the Canadian distributor for LEGO Spike, Spectrum.
