FIRST LEGO League Challenge

Ages 9 to 14

FIRST© LEGO© League introduces STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) to children ages 9-14 (varies by region) through fun, exciting hands-on learning. Participants gain real-world problem-solving experiences through a guided, global robotics program using LEGO® technology, helping today’s students, families, and educators build a better future together.

In Newfoundland and Labrador, we host the annual provincial championships. Students from across the province come together to showcase their creations and ingenuity. The competition is open to schools and community groups in Newfoundland and Labrador.
